The 155-room hotel located at 6565 South Boston Street is proud to unveil its new look after a transformation that includes renovations to the exterior, guest rooms, fitness center, lobby, courtyard and Bistro. The hotel is owned by Clarion Partners and Barth Construction led the renovation project.

The Topgolf Swing Suite bays, powered by Full Swing Technology, are ideal for guests looking to improve their golf swing, a fun family outing or an interactive teambuilding experience for groups. Each suite offers comfortable lounge seating, HDTVs, and food and beverage service. Games are designed for golfers and non-golfers alike, so everyone can enjoy a great time. Each bay can host up to eight people at a time and are available to rent for business or family gatherings alike.
Each of the hotel’s guestrooms were renovated to include plush bedding, new carpeting, furniture, wall coverings and draperies as well as Courtyard’s signature features such as functional workspace, spacious bathrooms, complimentary in-room high-speed Internet and mini-fridge. Other guestroom amenities include the latest in-room entertainment technology, allowing guests to access their Hulu, Netflix and YouTube accounts through the large HDTV.
