ROCKVILLE, Md., Dec. 2, 2015 — Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH), one of the world's largest hotel companies, announced it has signed an agreement with Integrated 32 West Randolph LLC, an affiliate of Murphy Asset Management, LLC to develop a new Cambria hotel & suites in the Loop area of downtown Chicago, IL. The 198-room, 21-story Cambria property will be located above the Ford Center for the Performing Arts Oriental Theatre at 32 W. Randolph St., and is expected to open in September 2017.

Cambria hotel & suites Chicago will sit in Chicago's energetic central business district, or "Loop" neighborhood, and will be directly across from a number of high end restaurants and retail outlets known collectively as Block Thirty Seven. Guests traveling on leisure will be able to take advantage of the many attractions the area offers, including Millennium Park, the John Hancock Center, Skydeck Chicago and the Chicago Riverwalk. A number of Fortune 500 companies are also headquartered in the area, including Boeing, Archer Daniels Midland, United Continental Holdings and the Exelon Corporation, making Cambria hotel & suites Chicago the perfect destination for business travelers.

This property will boast over 2,500 square feet of meeting space with AV capabilities for group meetings and conferences, as well as valet parking for all guests.
