Assumes Responsibility Overseeing the Iconic Napa Valley Estate Including Vintage Inn, Villagio Inn & Spa and V Marketplace

Yountville, CA – (May 11, 2016) Brookfield Hotel Properties is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Davino to the position of General Manager of The Vintage Estate, a 22-acre Napa Valley property located in Yountville, CA. As General Manager, Davino will oversee all aspects of the estate, including its two luxury hotels, the Vintage Inn and the Villagio Inn & Spa; a 13,000 square-foot full-service spa; 30,000 square-feet of indoor and outdoor function space; and more than 43,000 square-feet of retail and office space (V Marketplace). Additionally, he will oversee the leasing of the Estate’s three-acre vineyard and Chef Michael Chiarello’s two award-winning restaurants, Bottega and NapaStyle.

As a seasoned hospitality professional for more than 20 years, Davino is joining The Vintage Estate following five years as the General Manager of Hotel Yountville, during which time he successfully launched and established the property as one of Napa Valley’s leading luxury hotels. Prior to his tenure at Hotel Yountville, Davino played an integral role in the development and expansion of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as well as Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in both property level positions and in corporate leadership roles. Davino successfully achieved revenue goals while growing both brands.
