Mr. Raman brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to this newly opened 5-star property.
As a Hotel Management Graduate, Amit Raman has consistently demonstrated his proficiency in developing operational procedures, service standards, and policies, leading to cost-effective measures and enhanced guest experiences. His strategic vision, exceptional communication skills, and remarkable problem-solving abilities have made him a respected figure in the field.
In his previous role as Director of Operations at Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort, under Alcon Victor Group, Mr. Raman played a pivotal role in achieving outstanding results, including an impressive 99% score in the Bare Audit for 2022 and 113 points out of 114 in the FSSAI audit. He also excelled in positioning the hotel through creative events and food promotions, and successfully managed a high-profile catering event at the Goa Governor’s Secretariat.
Prior to this, as the Director of Food and Beverage at Holiday Inn Mumbai, International Airport, Mr. Raman achieved significant recognition and awards for his exceptional leadership and contributions. He was awarded the Exceptional Leader of the Year in 2020 and the F&B Manager of the Year in 2019 for the West India Zone by India International Hospitality Expo.
