Alvin Dela Cruz has been appointed executive chef at Four Seasons Resort Lanai! Chef Dela Cruz will be overseeing the resort’s culinary program, including the American-Hawaiin steakhouse and seafood restaurant ONE FORTY, in-room dining and extensive catering offerings.

Born in the Philippines and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Chef Dela Cruz brings a wealth of operational knowledge and creativity to Four Seasons Resort Lanai’s kitchen. A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Dela Cruz previously held positions at Montage Los Cabos and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, as well as various progressive roles within The Ritz-Carlton across the U.S.

Outside of the kitchen, Chef Dela Cruz enjoys hosting culinary workshops and demonstrations and is a CrossFit coach, channeling his belief in building upon solid foundations and developing a motivated team for success.
