The three-phase project broke ground with Phase I in 2010, which overhauled the West Tower Guest Rooms for $45 million. In 2011, Phase II renovated the East Tower Guest Rooms for $45 million. The final phase completed in 2013, reconstructed the East Tower lobby, as well as dining outlets for $78 million.
