May 20, 2013 On 5/20/13, a representative from Thomas E. Pope confirmed that Coastal Construction Group was awarded the bid for this project, which is expected to begin construction soon. May 13, 2013 As of May 2013, the developer expects to file for building permits soon. August 3, 2011 On 8/3/11, a representative from Spottswood Companies confirmed that Thomas E. Pope is the architect and Marino Construction and Toppinos are the invited general contractors for this project. July 29, 2011 Marathon City Council will consider the project on 8/9/11. The planning commission has unanimously recommended the project.
