Jim O’Neill New Director of Hotel Operations at Coakley & Williams Greenbelt, MD – June 8, 2000 – Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Company is proud to announce that in May of 2000, Jim O’Neill joined the company as Director of Hotel Operations. Jim oversees several hotels as the Director of Hotel Operations and reports directly to the Vice President of Hotel Operations. Jim has been in the hospitality business for over twenty-eight years and has served as a Vice President of Operations for Richfield Hospitality Services fors six of the fourteen years he was with them.
Previously, Jim was the General Manager for the Radisson Plaza Hotel, Lexington, KY. Jim has also held an array of other positions, including: Director of Catering, Director of Food & Beverage, and Resident Manager. He attended the University of Dayton, OH and has earned his CHA.
Coakley & Williams, located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, has owned and/or managed hotels for over twenty-nine years. In addition to several new properties in various stages of development, Coakley & Williams is currently managing twenty hotels as far south as Florida, and as far north as New Jersey. Coakley & Williams’ current franchises include Holiday Inn, Hilton, Days Inn, Quality Suites, Comfort Inn, Wingate Inn, Sleep Inn, Best Western, and Sheraton Four Points.
