Bedford, NH — June 10, 2015 Single Digits, Inc., a leader in hospitality WiFi access control software and cloud-based managed services, today announced the acquisition of the Dulles, Va.-based subsidiary, formerly known as Swisscom Hospitality Services North America, from Hoist Group. The acquisition adds 250 new high-end properties and 30-plus technical engineering and network integration specialists to Single Digits’ growing, North American footprint.

With this announcement, Single Digits is adding 5,000,000 square feet to its conference management service and 45,000 guest rooms via the company’s network management and technical support services. In addition, this acquisition allows Single Digits to quickly add talented personnel while bringing on SHS’ deep hospitality knowledge base, augmenting the company’s existing:

  • 24x7x365 On-Shore Customer Support Team
  • Network Operations Center Team (NOC)
  • Conference and Event Services Group
  • Project Management and Field Engineering Services
  • Software Development Personnel
