Due to open on in January 2001, Rosedale On The Park has been built and designed as a Cyber Boutique Hotel; the first of it’s kind in Hong Kong, and quite possibly the first in the world.

The hotel constructed by PAUL Y one of Hong Kong’s largest construction companies, will have 274 rooms, and employ more than twenty different computer systems to help automate various processes, so that staff have more freedom to focus on customer service.

The Guestroom has been designed with guests’ communication requirements in mind. Some of the facilities that will be available are: touch screen web phones, mobile phones and high-speed Internet access. In addition to all these, there will be a handful of proprietary technologies, specifically developed for this unique project.

Commenting on the news, Maria Lee, Rosedale’s General Manager says; “This is a tremendously exciting and unique project. Our presence in Hong Kong will add to the territory’s ambition of becoming a cyber city and I’m delighted that Pertlink is here to help us.
