The group will comprise three associates with solid backgrounds in the hospitality industry. The Hospitality and Lodging Group was formed in direct response to the increased hotel sales activity nationally, with emphasis on the southwestern U.S. region. Prudential’s national presence (the only ISO 9002 compliant commercial real estate firm in the nation) combined with Prudential RB Allen Commercial’s regional strength and individual hospitality expertise, adds a depth of marketing strength unique in the hotel investment arena.
The objective of the Hospitality and Lodging Group is to maximize marketing efforts in the range of properties valued at $1 million and above by utilization of the Prudential One Network of approximately 700 full-time commercial brokers in over 44 states and 4 Canadian provinces. The Group also has access to Prudential Mortgage Capital Corp and Prudential Securities, which provide both debt and equity financing.
Formerly of Sperry Van Ness with an MBA from National University coupled with 12 years of brokerage experience , broker associate Robert P. Krueger will specialize in hotel acquisitions and dispositions.
John Wang, Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) has years of experience in the hospitality industry as General Manager of a global hotel franchise. Wang also chaired a hospitality trade organization with over 200 hotel members.
Sales associate, Fabiola Thébaud brings over 15 years of hotel and golf marketing experience, along with financial market development with Pacific National Bank. Thébaud launched her hospitality career while operating a hotel in the Caribbean and a hotel/country club in Miami, Florida. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, she went on to sales and marketing with Marriott, Doubletree, Nikko and Radisson corporate owned or managed hotels.
