"These hotels rose to the top of our global hotel system because they exceed our key fundamentals – exceptional value and superior guest service," said Steve Joyce, chief executive officer of Choice Hotels. "Choice Hotels is proud to highlight this elite and extremely deserving group of hotel owners and operators because they demonstrate a consistent commitment to their customers and uphold the highest standards of their respective brands."
The Choice Hotels Platinum and Gold Awards are based on a ranking system that measures key areas, such as guest satisfaction and superior service.
