An industry veteran with a strong background in foodservice, business, leadership and teambuilding, Neal is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the hotel restaurant, Polo Club, direction of banquet cuisine for catered events, development of culinary and lounge programs and management of the food & beverage team.

Most recently Neal served as executive chef at North Suburban Medical Center in Thornton, Colo., where he was responsible for training and directing kitchen staff, overall food production and writing new menus. As Executive Chef of The Academy Hotel Colorado Springs in Colorado Springs, Colo., Neal successfully supervised all restaurant and banquet operations, assuring high performance from culinary staff under his leadership. Additionally, Neal worked for Hotel Eleganté Conference & Event Center as executive chef where he managed the monthly budget for food, labor and inventory while overseeing food production at large.
