Parking Services Provider, AAA Parking, Selects UniFocus
Time and Attendance


Dallas  – Aug. 9, 2012 – UniFocus is pleased to announce that Atlanta-based AAA Parking, a multi-state provider of parking facility operations and management services, has selected the company to provide its innovative Time and Attendance (T&A) System for its 200+ locations across the United States.
 
“We were using time and attendance technology from a different vendor and felt that it was antiquated and not very user friendly, so we decided to search for a new system,” said Bo Laterveer, Vice President of AAA Parking. “After a review of some of the major vendors available in the marketplace, we decided on the UniFocus system over the competition because it’s loaded with the features we need while being easy to use.”
 
UniFocus Time and Attendance provides crucial information to employers with actionable labor reporting, allowing them to make better decisions about their most valuable asset – the employees. Communication between employers and employees is enhanced with the easy-to-use online communication portal, which allows employees to check hours worked and upcoming schedules as well as request time off or shift swaps.
 
“When comparing UniFocus’ T&A system to our legacy provider, it was a night and day difference,” said Laterveer. “We liked that by using the dashboard technology, you don’t have to do a lot of digging to find the information you need. Accurate associate tip reporting is becoming an even more important issue as the new health care law is taking effect and UniFocus’ Time and Attendance provides an excellent system for doing just that.”
 
Managers can save money with the Time and Attendance System because the real-time punches eliminate penalties associated with local, state, federal and union work rules. Labor dollars can also be saved with approaching overtime alerts that are sent to managers.
