Red Lion Hotels Implements
UniFocus’ Watson, R.M.™ Time & Attendance


Dallas— August 18, 2010—UniFocus today announced that Red Lion Hotels Corporation (NYSE: RLH), prominent western U.S.-based owner, operator & franchisor of midscale and upscale hotels, has implemented the company’s advanced web-based Watson, R.M. Time & Attendance system throughout their owned  properties.
 
“We are pleased to announce Red Lion Hotels as a new Watson, R.M. Time & Attendance client,” said Mark Heymann, UniFocus President and CEO. “Our T&A system was chosen because of its interactive smart clock hardware, overall ease of use and the fact that it’s more hospitality-oriented. The system is also centralized and hosted, providing visibility at the corporate level and improved standardization across their portfolio.”
 
With Watson, R.M. T&A, organizations are able to realize cost savings early on—from eliminating unauthorized overtime or early punches to paperless employee authorizations. It also includes built-in automated forecasting and scheduling so that properties have the right people in place at the right time and service standards are optimized; in addition, dynamic real-time reporting enables operators to consistently quantify the results.
