Atlanta, Georgia, June 15, 2011—The American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) honored the 2011 recipients of the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) Emeritus designation at the AH&LA Summer Summit during the AH&LA Stars of the Industry Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, June 15. “The American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute recognizes the achievements of those leaders whose long-term dedication and commitment to excellence and further education have shaped and inspired our industry,” said Robert L. Steele III, CHA, president and COO of AHLEI. “Those who earn the title of CHA Emeritus have made significant contributions to the hospitality industry through leadership, education, and professional involvement.
