Portsmouth, NH – November 28, 2007 — Newmarket International, Inc., the leader in sales and catering solutions for the hospitality industry, today announced that The Kessler Collection, a portfolio of luxury boutique hotels and resorts owned by The Kessler Enterprise, Inc., selected Delphi®. Delphi, a leading, powerful group sales and catering application, will allow Kessler’s properties to streamline sales processes and increase revenues.

The Kessler Enterprise, Inc. is a dynamic real estate development, ownership, and management company that specializes in hotel properties and commercial real estate. Known for its ability to integrate art and music into its projects to create an inspiring guest experience, the company’s Kessler Collection embodies the ultimate in service. The company wanted a robust application to meet its highest standards.  “Newmarket and Delphi are the hallmarks of sales automation. We already have realized great benefits from using Delphi across the majority of our existing portfolio of hotels. It is a logical decision to install Delphi in our hotels which currently rely on a different system as well as in our properties scheduled to open in 2008,” said Stuart Newmark, Senior Vice President of Operations, The Kessler Collection. “We are confident that this will help us to be more efficient and proactive in our sales processes.”

The Kessler Collection now includes 9 boutique luxury hotels and resorts located in Colorado, Florida, Georgia and New Mexico, with new developments in progress in Asheville, NC, Savannah, GA, St. Petersburg, FL and Atlanta, GA and soon in Europe. Delphi will help The Kessler Collection to deliver highly targeted marketing and sales campaigns by utilizing a central database for customer and account information. Additionally, the solution will also interface with Kessler’s PMS (Property Management System) to provide a seamless flow of information across the applications. With Delphi at all properties, The Kessler Collection will be able to drill down into its business data and execute flawlessly on its events and meetings business. The company can also share information and leads in order to up-sell and cross-sell between its hotels.
