Aimbridge Hospitality, Demands Quick Installation and Maximum
Flexibility, Chooses Ramesys’ Entirety PMS

November 2, 2005 - Aimbridge Hospitality (TX), recently awarded the management contract for the Marina Hotel San Pedro (CA), needed a flexible and novel approach to technology and awarded Ramesys Hospitality (NJ) a contract to implement its Entirety PMS on a short term basis.  The implementation will allow the Marina Hotel to conduct its major renovation in parallel with the introduction of new technology.  Ramesys’ PMS will consist of Entirety Front Office, Web Reservations, and MPower. 

Aimbridge Hospitality is a hotel real estate and management company created to identify management opportunities throughout the United States.  Aimbridge seeks new acquisitions and management opportunities of nationally branded, upscale and full-service hotels.  Their most recent accomplishment was the attainment of their second management contract in California at the Marina Hotel San Pedro.  They have a major $8.5 million renovation project planned and the hotel will be flagged as a DoubleTree on completion of the project.  During the process of renovating, Aimbridge was faced with the challenge of switching out the incumbent PMS while keeping the hotel running smoothly.  It will run the Entirety PMS for approximately 12 months until a PMS to DoubleTree’s mandate is put into place.  They turned to Centrada Solutions (TX) for expert IT consulting.  After a thorough evaluation of suitable PMS solutions that were cost effective for the transition period, Aimbridge selected Entirety from Ramesys.

Dave Johnson, the President and CEO of Aimbridge explains, “When evaluating a solution for their property management system, it was obvious that Ramesys offered the most flexible and cost effective option.  The exact date for completion of a massive renovation project such as Aimbridge’s undertaking is practically impossible.  This is why we needed a flexible approach to installing the PMS from a company that would allow us to end their contract early or extend it if necessary.  The combination of flexibility, effectiveness, and efficiency made Ramesys’ PMS an intelligent route for Aimbridge’s transition period.”

Aimbridge Hospitality is pleased that they have a commercially viable solution from Ramesys.  An effective PMS must be acquired from a company that offers a contract that allows increased flexibility in case things do not always go as planned.  According to Centrada Solutions and many others apparently, there is no better company to supply this type of software as a service than Ramesys.
