Ramesys Scores a Grand Slam
with Country House Inns

March 23, 2005 - Ramesys (South Plainfield, NJ), a leading provider of enterprise IT solutions to the hospitality and lodging industry for over 25 years, announces that Country House Inns (Grants Pass, Oregon and Santa Barbara, CA) have chosen to install both their Entirety Property Management System (PMS) and Telecommunication Solutions in April 2005. 

Ramesys will be installing Entirety PMS, Entirety-Kx Sales & Catering and Web Reservations on an ASP basis at three Country House Inns: The Upham Hotel & Country House, The Weasku Inn, and The Lodge at Riverside.  The Weasku Inn and The Lodge at Riverside are also installing Mitel SX-200 ICP PBX with embedded Mitel voicemail.

�We decided to have Ramesys install the PMS and Telecom solutions since they can provide us all of the services that we desire, without having to deal with multiple vendors.  The fact that Ramesys is able to provide national installations is a necessity since the properties are not in the same state.  This coupled with strong account and project management is one of the benefits that sold us on Ramesys and their PMS and telecom solutions,� said Charmaine Carnes, director of operations.

The Entirety solution includes modules to support operations at both the independent property and corporate levels including Web Reservations, Central Reservations (CRes), GDS connectivity, Front Office, Sales and Catering, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and a myriad of interfaces.
