The user-friendly Entirety solution for Windows includes modules to support operations at both the independent property and corporate level includes Web bookings, Central Reservations, GDS connectivity, Travel Site Connectivity, Front Office, Sales and Catering, Customer Relationship Management, and a myriad of interfaces.  This solution is delivered to the desktop over the Internet using Ramesys' own unique desktop client.  This simple technology, as easy to implement as a simple download - think Adobe Reader - has revolutionized the way that hoteliers implement and use their PMS to run their businesses.

Historically considered the control center of the property itself, the PMS is fast becoming the control center for all points of customer contact and booking and is expected to be a strong participant in multi-channel, multi-partner distribution strategy.  New technologies, being developed to support these demands, are more easily delivered to the hotel customer in a web-hosted/ASP environment where customer updates are done on an ongoing basis and are independent of property level hardware configurations.

According to Kennedy, by virtue of its ease of usage and its cost effectiveness, the system may potentially drive annual revenues for the company to over the $15 million per annum mark. "Our objective in the development of Entirety as a web based hosted solutions was to provide our customers with a system that is both cost-effective, simple to implement and easy to use," Kennedy said.

Unlike the traditional local server Windows PMS implementation, as a hosted web based solution, the Entirety PMS for Windows, requires very little hardware infrastructure at the desktop.  In most cases, all that is required is a Windows based PC (98 or better) with high-speed Internet access (HSIA) and VPN router costing under $200.  The usual complexities of desktop processing speed, printer access, network infrastructure, and server sizing and implementation are no longer a concern or a relevant cost.  Hoteliers selecting the Entirety web based PMS application are making use of existing equipment and saving big on new hardware purchases.
