Hi-Tech Hotel Installs Latest
Entirety PMS from Ramesys

May 18, 2005 - Hi-tech amenities are the key differentiator at Utah’s Pavilion Inn hotel.  The hotel prides itself on leading the local market by offering hi-tech amenities to customers including plans to provide computers in every guest room.  It is now aiming to distinguish itself from the competition by installing a leading edge PMS to provide additional guest services such as seamless web bookings. 

To deliver improved service and enhanced management controls and flexibility, Ramesys (South Plainfield, NJ), a leading provider of enterprise IT solutions to the hospitality and lodging industry for over 25 years, was selected by the boutique 98-room property to install its Entirety PMS. 

“We are a technology-led hotel and want to provide the latest and greatest technology to all of our guests.  We may not be the largest hotel in the area, but technology amenities are one of our unique selling points,” stated Matt Ward, general manager at the property.  “Entirety web reservations will allow our guests to make reservations at their convenience.  We wanted the most flexible system that can cater to whatever we want to do in the next five years.  After researching several solutions, we determined that Entirety has this flexibility,” Ward continued.

The property opted to run Entirety Front Desk together with Web reservations on a local server basis rather than Ramesys’ alternative web hosted server basis. 

Entirety is an advanced Windows web enabled PMS that can be implemented on a traditional local server basis or remote / hosted server deployed over the Internet.  The Entirety solution includes modules to support operations at both the independent property and corporate level; including Web Reservations, Central Reservations (CRes), GDS connectivity, Front Office, Sales and Catering, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and a myriad of interfaces.
