 Ramesys/InnLink Two-way Central Reservations
Interface Installed at 160 Baymont Inns & Suites
and Woodfield Suites
May 20, 2003 - Ramesys Hospitality has recently installed their two-way interface between the ImagInn Platinum PMS and the Baymont Inns & Suites Central Reservation System, operated by InnLink, at over 160 Baymont Inns & Suites and Woodfield Suites locations owned and franchised by The Marcus Corporation. The interface allows for all rooms, whether they are reserved through an individual property or the CRO, to be booked against up-to-the-second room availability.

The two-way reservation interface allows for the seamless sharing of customer information between the two systems, providing users with increased connectivity and an accurate database. It also has the capability to open and close inventory in the PMS, establishing an accurate availability that maximizes room sales for the property. Centrally delivered reservations have been increasing as a result of the interface and Baymont marketing efforts.

The ImagInn/InnLink interface is a new channel for our ImagInn customer base to communicate with potential guests that they were previously missing. We recognize the importance of continually providing solutions to enhance our current product offering that meet the needs of varying business climates, said Rick Kennedy, Ramesys Hospitality CEO.

The rollout of the two-way reservation interface comes shortly after Baymont Inns & Suites upgraded their ImagInn PMS solution to ImagInn Platinum PMS at their franchise and corporate hotels. The upgrade to ImagInn Platinum offers these properties improved rate and group management. Additionally, this newest version of the software offers enhanced travel agency handling, user specific availability screens and enhanced password security.

Kennedy added, Using ImagInn Platinum, properties have been able to better drive rate and yield management through their system, and in turn, their revenues should grow significantly. Now, with the two-way reservation interface, these properties are also offered the ability to manage their reservation and booking requests more effectively with real time yield strategies in place.

ImagInn Platinum is a module within Ramesys Entirety Enterprise Suite a fully integrated group of modules that can be added, allowing for effective and easy deployment for smaller operations or multi-branded chains. In addition to ImagInn Platinum, modules include:
