In light of their size and with more hotels in planned development, Tage�s executive team began the process of searching for new technology to help them remain true to their mission.

The Tage team recognized the need to share guest information across their organization and be able to recognize guests regardless of the hotel they stayed at. They wanted to reward their loyal customers with incentive programs and keep them up to date on news from their organization. Their sales people also needed to have a complete view of available space in all of the properties, and their current PMS was not capable of offering them the type of guest experience they desired.

For this strategic move, Tage enlisted the help of the leading hospitality technology solutions provider, Ramesys Hospitality (www.us.ramesys.com). Ramesys, with a 20-year track record in the industry, offered Tage a solution for their entire enterprise. The Ramesys Enterprise Suite, including the full featured Windows-based Maestro PMS, the MPower Data Warehousing Tool and the Ramesys Central Reservation System, was the complete solution that Tage had been searching for.

Phase one of the Ramesys implementation has begun with the installation of the Maestro PMS at each hotel and the MPower Data Warehouse solution at the head office. Guest, revenue and statistical information will be polled on a nightly basis and brought to the head office database. This information can then be further queried and analyzed for marketing, data analysis and ad-hoc query purposes. Also, each hotel will now have access to pertinent guest information. The end result will be improved customer service at every point of contact. 

The second phase includes the installation of the Ramesys Central Reservations Solution and a two-way interface with the Maestro PMS. This implementation will provide access to availability across Tage�s multiple properties in real time.
