Ramesys, long established as a 25 year vendor of quality PMS with its ImagInn UNIX software used at nationwide chains such as Country Inns & Suites by Carlson, Microtel Inns by USFS and a vast array of Independent properties, has continued its successful development program with new contracts over the past six months with all its product areas.
Ramesys is also the dominant player in the increasingly important web based PMS sector with what is believed to be the largest number of installations worldwide – totalling over 400 locations – running its Entirety Enterprise Suite. The software, first deployed in 2000, has a rapidly expanding installation base following the company’s decision to make it available to single, stand-alone hotels on a shared/hosted server basis.
Entirety appeals to stand-alone properties by giving hotel managers and owners time to concentrate on customers rather than worrying about IT. Ramesys has added functionality on a modular basis so each installation can be matched to a property’s needs and budget.
Ramesys is pleased to announce Kx (sales and catering) to their existing Entirety PMS clients. Kx is a proven and fully integrated solution to the Entirety Property Management System (PMS).
The Kx Solution is a powerful Windows sales and event management solution allowing forward thinking organizations to maximize sales and revenue and increase customer satisfaction. The system allows for management of any event in-house and is backed up by an extensive customer relationship management (CRM) database. This can be utilized in a single unit or as a multi property solution including regional sales people.

With such a large installation base, what is next for the New Jersey-based vendor in the highly competitive US market?
