Benchmark Hospitality International Names Randall Obrecht as Director
of Food & Beverage for the Sorrento Hotel in Seattle, Washington

- Benchmark Hospitality International, a leading U.S.-based hospitality management company, has appointed Randall Obrecht director of food & beverage for Sorrento Hotel, a Personal Luxury Resorts & HotelsSM property located in Seattle, Washington.  Sam Johnson, general manager, made the announcement.

“It is a pleasure to welcome Randall to our property, said Mr. Johnson.  “With broad operational and culinary expertise, and vast knowledge of the Seattle dining market, he is an excellent addition to our food & beverage leadership team.”

Randall Obrecht was most recently the highly successful general manager of Palisade, Seattle's iconic water-front restaurant.  He previously served as director of food & beverage for Savor, the premier food services company which provided services at McCaw Hall, home to the Seattle Ballet and Opera.

Mr. Obrecht has also held food & beverage leadership positions at a number of additional high-end restaurants within the Seattle market.  He resides in the Seattle area with his family.
