Benchmark Hospitality International Named A 2010
The Woodlands (Houston), Texas, November 2010 … Benchmark Hospitality International has
been named a “Top Work Place” for 2010 by one of the nation’s largest
newspapers, The Houston Chronicle. The paper partnered with Work Place Dynamics,
a firm which measures employee work place satisfaction in markets nationally,
to determine the 2010 Top Work Place winners, based on employee and company
surveys. Benchmark Hospitality
International’s position on the list was #37.
“I am particularly pleased with this honor for our company,”
said Burt Cabaas, chairman and CEO of Benchmark Hospitality
International. “The Houston Chronicle is our hometown newspaper, in addition to
being one of the country’s largest and most respected papers. I am especially pleased that our team at
Benchmark Hospitality has created a work place environment that places such a
high focus on service and entrepreneurialism, resulting in this recognition.” According
to Work Place Dynamics, top workplaces are better positioned to secure and
retain top talent, enhancing their competitive edge within their respective industry.
To determine placement on the Top Work
Place list, a company’s employees are surveyed for their opinions, from which
an assessment of their employer is developed.
The results of this assessment determine whether a company places on the
list and the ranking within the annual listing. Over 1000 companies have achieved the Top Work
Place list nationally. For more information on the 2010 Top
Work Places program and for a complete listing, visit http://www.chron.com/databases/topworkplaces. |
