Warmbrodt Hotel Investments - WHI Selected to Advise in the Sale of the
Value Place - Nellis Air Force Base located in Las Vegas, Nevada

August 21, 2009 - Kansas City, Missouri - Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. ("WHI") announced today it has been selected to advise in the disposition of the new Value Place - Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

Value Place is the uniquely branded, premier, low-cost extended stay hotel, specializing in clean and secure weekly lodging with a commitment to comfort, privacy and peace of mind. 

The 242 suite Value Place - Nellis Air Force Base is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed in November, 2009.  This extremely well located property is within one block of the main entrance to Nellis Air Force Base.  Nellis AFB employs over 13,000 military and civilian personnel in addition to 1,340 temporary duty personnel, creating tremendous demand for the Value Place property. 

The highly visible property is situated on a site area of 7.73 acres or 336,719 square feet and consists of two interior corridor buildings each containing four-stories. The property is just fifteen minutes from the world famous Las Vegas Strip and all the amenities of the Greater Las Vegas, Nevada area, including casinos, gambling, dining, entertainment, the historic Hoover Dam and Lake Mead, Colorado river rafting and the breathtaking Grand Canyon.
