Inc. ("WHI") announced today it has been selected to advise in the disposition
of two well located and highly visible properties in the Kansas City Metropolitan
Area.
The
American Inn is located in the Eastern suburb of Blue Springs, Missouri.
It is a three-story, 171 room exterior corridor property with excellent
visibility and easy access from Interstate 70 and NW Woods Chapel Road,
a heavily traveled thoroughfare. The property is situated on 3.44
acres and features an outdoor swimming pool. Within ten miles of
the property you will find the Truman Sports Complex, which houses the
Chief's Arrowhead Stadium and Kansas City Royal's Kauffman Stadium.
