Owner of the Holiday Inn Forest Park

KANSAS CITY, Missouri, March 13, 2008 - Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. (“WHI”) announced today it has been selected to advise LHM, Inc. in the in the disposition of the Holiday Inn Forest Park. This full service, seven-story, 119 room interior-corridor property offers a convenient mid-town location in the charming Italian neighborhood of The Hill. The property is highly visible and ideally situated on Wilson Avenue, in the southeast quadrant of Hampton Avenue and Interstate 44, making it easily accessible to West County as well as the St. Louis Zoo, St. Louis Art Museum, Missouri History Museum, Muny Theatre, The Science Center, The Jewel Box, Barnes-Jewish Children’s Hospital, and Washington University. The property is also in close proximity to downtown St. Louis, Busch Stadium, Laclede’s Landing, riverboat casino gambling, Anheuser Busch Brewery, Edward Jones Dome, Soulard and the infamous St. Louis Arch. Forest Park is located less than 1 mile from the hotel and it offers great trails for running, biking or rollerblading.
