announced today it has been selected to advise in the disposition of The
Terrace Hotel located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The 320-room Hotel is located
within The Terrace Building, a 600,000 square foot mixed-use building consisting
of 280,000 square feet of office space and 18,000 square feet of retail
space. The Hotel contains over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and
a restaurant and lounge located on the 20th floor.
The Property has an exceptional, irreplaceable location in the heart of Cincinnati’s CBD and is near major area business and leisure demand generators, and within walking distance to the Cincinnati Convention Center;PaulBrown Stadium, home of the Cincinnati Bengals; Great American Ball Park, home of the Cincinnati Reds; Aronoff Center for Performing Arts; US Bank Arena; and Fountain Square.
