a Kansas City, MO based hotel real estate firm, announced today it advised
in the sale of the 123 room Quarterage Hotel located in Kansas City, MO.
The property was sold by The Quarterage at Westport, LP to Triple D Hospitality
for an undisclosed amount.
The 4 story, interior-corridor hotel is centrally located in the Historic Westport Entertainment District, in the heart of the Midtown Kansas City lodging market. A unique assortment of shops, clubs, restaurants, theatres and galleries are all within walking distance of the hotel. The Quarterage is also in close proximity to American Century Funds, University of Kansas Hospital, St. Lukes Hospital, Nelson Atkins Museum of Art, Historic Union Station, Crown Center and the exclusive Country Club Plaza as well as the new Internal Revenue Service Center that will have 4,000 employees.
