Warmbrodt Hotel Investments - WHI Selected to Advise in
the Sale of the American Inn and the Interstate Inn in
Denver (Wheat Ridge), Colorado

July 15, 2009 - Kansas City, Missouri - Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. ("WHI") announced today it has been selected to advise in the disposition of two highly visible properties located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.  The American Inn is a five-story, 138 room interior-corridor property with excellent visibility and easy access from Interstate 70 and Kipling Street, a highly traveled thoroughfare.  The property is situated on 5.29 acres in the Northwest Quadrant of Kipling Street and I-70 and features two banquet rooms and an outdoor swimming pool.  The Interstate Inn is located in the Southwest Quadrant of Kipling Street and Interstate 70 and is also very easily accessible.  The two-story, exterior-corridor property features 100 guestrooms, outdoor swimming pool and brick exterior.  Both properties are located just 15 minutes from Downtown Denver, Coors Stadium, Pepsi Center, Denver Art Museum, the Botanical Gardens and the magnificent scenic Colorado Mountains.  The University of Colorado, which is located in Boulder, Colorado is within a half hour drive.  You will find the finest Colorado recreational spots including, Keystone, Breckenridge, Winter Park, Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park within a short one hour drive.  Both properties have excellent conversion potential to national franchises.
