Warmbrodt Hotel Investments Selected to Advise Owner
of the Howard Johnson Hotel Omaha, Nebraska

KANSAS CITY, Missouri, November 3, 2008-Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. (“WHI”) a Kansas City based hotel real estate firm, announced today it has been selected to advise in the disposition of the 212-room Howard Johnson Hotel located in Omaha, Nebraska. The 5-story, interior-corridor, concrete hotel contains over 3,000 square feet of meeting space, indoor pool and fitness center, a restaurant and lounge. The Property is strategically located in the heart of the Midtown Omaha lodging market in close proximity to First Data Resources campus, Omnium Worldwide, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Info USA, Mutual of Omaha, University of Nebraska Medical Center and the new 70-acre Aksarben Village mixed-use development. Aksarben Village is a one million square feet office, retail and entertainment development focused on incorporating the University of Nebraska-Omaha campus with research, technology and academic components.
