Warmbrodt Hotel Investments Advises in the Sale of Red Roof Inn
Properties in Independence, Missouri, Columbia, Missouri
and Fort Wayne, Indiana

Kansas City, Missouri, September 3, 2008 – Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. (“WHI”) a Kansas City, MO based hotel real estate firm, announced today it advised in the sale of three Red Roof Inns on behalf of R-Roof VI, LLC for an undisclosed amount. 

The properties sold include the 108-room, Red Roof Inn located at 13712 E. 42nd Terrace in Independence, Missouri, which is the county seat of Jackson County and part of the Kansas City Metropolitan area. The property sits at the intersection of Interstate 70 and Noland Road and benefits from its close proximity to the Kansas City Chief’s Arrowhead Stadium, Truman Sports Complex and the Royal’s Kauffman Stadium among many other local Kansas City attractions. 

The 108-room Red Roof Inn, Columbia, Missouri is located at 201 East Texas Avenue and is within one block of Interstate 70 and is also in close proximity to the University of Missouri, Ellis Cancer Hospital, Boone Regional Hospital and Stephens College. National insurance corporations headquartered in Columbia include Shelter Insurance and Columbia Insurance Group. 

The 79-room Red Roof Inn located at 2920 Goshen Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana is within one block of Interstate 69 and US 30/33. Fort Wayne is the county seat of Allen County. The property is located within minutes of downtown Fort Wayne, the Coliseum and Convention Center, Glensbrook Square Mall and the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo.
