LLC in the disposition of the 79-room Comfort Inn & Suites located
in Fort Madison, Iowa. The five year old Comfort Inn & Suites is a
three story, interior-corridor, limited service hotel featuring a heated
indoor pool, fitness and exercise room and business center. The property
is highly visible and conveniently accessible from Highway 61 and Highway
2. Ft. Madison is located along the mighty Mississippi River in an area
known as Lake Cooper, which is Iowa’s largest lake at 30,000 acres and
is known nationwide for boating, world class fishing and hunting. The property
is conveniently located to all local area attractions including Old Fort
Madison, Riverview Park, Nauvoo Illinois Temple and the Tri-State Rodeo
Arena.
