ATLANTA - May 19, 2014 - Hotel Assets Group, LLC (Hotel AG), announced today that Eric Gunderson has joined the firm as Vice President responsible for expanding the company's brokerage platform in California. "California is a market we have wanted to have a presence in for quite some time. We are excited and proud to have Eric on board as a partner.  This gives us a stronger presence in the West and a more continued growth for the firm," commented Brad Sinclair, vice president and partner of the firm.

"I started my career selling California hotels to California hotel owners. As one of the top national hotel brokerage firms and having sold over 200 hotels nationwide over the past two years, Hotel AG's platform gives me the ability to discreetly market hotels to an expansive, highly targeted, national investor pool.
