Partnership Agreement

Agreement Will Add Over 500 Properties in the First Year

DALLAS � SEPT. 5, 2003 - Unirez, the fastest growing hotel reservations services company in the world, has signed a partnership agreement with Plesha International, an international CRS marketing and GDS representation firm for properties worldwide. The agreement calls for Plesha to utilize the Unirez technology platform and offer all services, including Reservations, Call Center, GDS/ADS connectivity, PMS connectivity and eCommerce to its customers. Plesha represents more than 450 properties and will easily surpass 500 by year end, with a property portfolio including: hotels, resorts, inns, villas, vacation homes, condos and luxury yachts.
