Benchmark Hospitality Names Rikki Boparai Managing Director for Personal Luxury Resorts & Hotels, FL

With his new appointment, in addition to statewide responsibilities, Rikki Boparai will continue in his current role as general manager of ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa, Benchmark's oceanside Personal Luxury property located in North Miami Beach, Florida. He previously held the same position for Naples Bay Resort, Benchmark's Personal Luxury resort in Naples on Florida's Gulf Coast.
During his tenure with Benchmark Hospitality International, Mr. Boparai has served in leadership positions at a number of the company's hotels and resorts, starting with Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he held the position of director of rooms. Following successful service there, he was promoted to general manager of Glen Cove Mansion Hotel and Conference Center, Long Island, New York, which the company operated at the time. His next assignment with Benchmark Hospitality was as pre- and post-opening general manager for Bedford Springs Resort in Bedford, Pennsylvania, leading this historic resort's magnificent renaissance. He then served as general manager of the storied Berry Hill Plantation Resort of South Boston, Virginia, prior to assuming his responsibilities at Benchmark's Personal Luxury Resorts in Florida.
Mr. Boparai has served as Benchmark Hospitality International's Lead Field Staff Support for the company's Rooms Division. Before joining Benchmark, he was director of operations at LaPlaya Beach Resort in Naples, Florida. Rikki Boparai and his wife reside in Miami.
