McCulloh served as assistant vice president, pricing and revenue management for Archstone, a respected leader in multifamily operations.   While there, she was responsible for all pricing and revenue management decisions for over 40,000 units in New York, Washington, DC, Boston, Atlanta, Florida and Southern California communities. 

“I see huge growth potential in the multifamily industry,” McCulloh said.  “There is a great need for automated revenue optimization, especially now when it is more important than ever to use data-based, non-emotional pricing to drive consistent, solid pricing practices.  ‘Rough seas make strong sailors’ and in 2009 the operators with the best tools will be successful.”  A graduate of the University of Georgia with a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematical Sciences, she also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Birmingham-Southern College. McCulloh graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a two-time winner of the Operational Support Award at Archstone.
