Bill Oates Named to Passkey Board of Directors

(Quincy, MA - June 6, 2006) Passkey, the world's leading online group reservation system, today announced the appointment of Bill Oates, the former senior vice president and chief information officer of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., to the company's Board of Directors. Bill will also serve as the head of Passkey's Technology Committee.

Bill has 25 years of experience as an information technology professional. Prior to his role as Starwood's CIO, Bill held a number of posts at ITT Sheraton and Starwood as he progressed through the Information Technology organizations. Named CIO in 2000, Bill oversaw the global technology teams and systems for Starwood's portfolio of hotels including: St. Regis, The Luxury Collection, Sheraton, Westin, Four Points and W brands. The Starwood family now includes 850 hotels in 95 countries. Bill is also the Founder and Principal Partner of tcmGlobal Services, LLC, a technology consulting and management practice which focuses on the travel/hospitality industry.

Long active in industry affairs, Bill is a past Chairman of the AH&MA Technology and Telecommunications Committees. In 1996, Bill was the industry's youngest inductee to the HFTP (Hospitality Finance and Technology Professionals) International Technology Hall of Fame.
