Key Additions to Sales Team Broadens National Coverage
.
Quincy, MA - Jan 25, 2006 - Passkey, the worldwide leader in online group reservations, today announced the addition of Rodd Herron as vice president of business development, and Courtney Marsh and David Leitner as regional directors of business development to its U.S. sales team. With over 40 years of combined industry experience, Herron, Marsh and Leitner will be fundamental to the company's rapid growth, and further establish Passkey as the industry standard for online group reservations.

"Rodd, Courtney and David all bring an in-depth knowledge of the industry and understand our customers' needs very well when it comes to increasing their group business, and gaining a competitive edge with Passkey," said Paul Rantilla, senior vice president of global sales for Passkey. "Their extensive client relationship skills and hospitality experience are exceptional and will contribute significantly to Passkey's growth."

Rodd Herron:

Prior to joining Passkey, Herron was vice president of sales development for Wyndham International, where he introduced and managed new sales programs, which resulted in $50 million in added revenues in the first two years. Herron also served as the vice president of global sales programs for Starwood Hotels and Resorts, launching cross-selling programs between the hotels, and previously spent eleven years within Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in various sales positions.

"My move to the hospitality technology space after 20 years in hotels indicates my strong belief in what Passkey brings to the table," said Herron. "The company offers complete integration at all levels of the industry. Size of meeting, hotel, or chain is insignificant in Passkey's ability to deliver a greater than 400% ROI."

Courtney Marsh:

Marsh most recently served as national sales manager for Vail Cascade Resort & Spa, where she was responsible for growing group business across several vertical markets. Within her first year, she was named one of the top producers in her team. Previously, Marsh held various positions at Newmarket International, Inc. over the course of six years where she focused on sales in the hospitality and CVB markets.

David Leitner:

Leitner served as the director of franchise development for Hilton Hotels Corporation, where he demonstrated the ability to deliver significant incremental revenues, enhanced customer loyalty and critical business expansion. His previous background was with Promus Hotels, where he held various positions that dealt with hospitality project development, operations, sales and marketing, and high volume call center management.
