Jay Ramadorai Joins Passkey as Senior Vice President
& Chief Technology Officer

QUINCY, Mass. - July 16, 2002 - Passkey, the meetings industry standard for hospitality inventory management and distribution, announced today the appointment of Jay Ramadorai to the position of senior vice president and chief technology officer.  In his new role, Ramadorai will drive the design, development and execution of Passkey technology enhancements and additions to better serve the hospitality/travel industry.  He brings 16 years of information technology experience and a solid aptitude for business planning, research, strategy, architecture and execution of eBusiness solutions to the firm.

Ramadorai most recently served as executive vice president and chief technology officer at LastMinuteTravel.com, where he designed and built a scalable platform using emerging travel technologies, such as direct-connect, to deliver last-minute travel inventory to consumers.  While at LastMinuteTravel.com, he also led the implementation and launch of AOL�s Last Minute Travel channel on their multiple Internet properties.  Prior to that, Ramadorai developed Internet solutions for a diverse iXL client base and he built a successful global e-procurement exchange for General Electric while at Software Builders International.
