Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. recently broke ground on the TownPlace Suites by Marriott Nashville/Smyrna. The property is the first hotel of this brand for the Chattanooga-based firm’s portfolio and the ninth Vision hotel either in operation or under development in the Greater Nashville area.

The 89-room hotel will be located off I-24, approximately 15 minutes from Downtown Nashville, and is anticipated to open in the summer of 2015. The extended-stay, all-suite hotel will feature spacious guestrooms, hot breakfast service and amenities designed for travelers seeking a comfortable and productive environment. Vision’s plans also include an outdoor swimming pool and patio area.

The recent recipient of the Marriott Horizon Award, Vision anticipates three Marriott-brand hotel openings before the end of the year: Courtyard by Marriott Houston NW/290 Corridor, Fairfield Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown @ the Gulch and Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville SE/Murfreesboro.
