The hotel's restaurant, La Terrazza dell'Eden, the bar and Terrace Garden on the sixth floor have some of Rome's most spectacular views spanning from St. Peter's Dome to the Vittoriano Monument and beyond, and is an observation point for the city.  The restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in November 2012 under the helm of executive chef Fabio Ciervo. This Michelin star complements those at Dorchester Collection's other hotels, which include three stars at The Dorchester, three stars at Hotel Plaza Athénée and three stars at Le Meurice.
