Ariane Systems' Mobile Check-In Solution Wins Top Technology Award
At Poland's WorldHotel Convention

Distributed under the brand name Virtual Reception by VISIONTIME, the exclusive distributor for Ariane Systems in the Poland market, the Allegro-powered solution allows hotel guests to check in and out wherever, whenever and however they choose, skipping the front desk queue entirely. Whether from their personal computer, laptop, web-enabled mobile device or the hotel lobby kiosk, Virtual Reception with Allegro makes the check-in/out process quick and efficient, saving time for the guest while maximizing efficiency for the hotel.

Along with the WorldHotel award, the Virtual Reception product now carries the official Certificate of Recommendation from Izba Gospodarcza Hotelarstwa Polskiego, the Polish hospitality chamber of commerce.

The Allegro solution that powers Virtual Reception was developed by Paris-based Ariane Systems and integrates with most major property management systems. It accommodates multi-folio groups, opaque rates, suppressed rates and no-print rates. It also handles multilevel guest profiles—differentiating between company accounts, travel agent accounts and full accounts—as well as room sharing and direct billing, as needed.

Furthermore, hoteliers using Virtual Reception and other Allegro-powered technologies can benefit from a built-in upsell module that acts as an integrated customer relationship management platform, providing a unique way to introduce upsell opportunities to guests and increase revenue for the hotel.
