November 29, 2012 - Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. ("WHI") is pleased to announce the sale of the Quality Inn located in Lee's Summit, Missouri, a suburb of Kansas City. WHI exclusively represented the California based seller. The property sold for an undisclosed price to Ram-Dev Hotels, LLC. The purchaser will begin an extensive renovation and reposition program.

The property is a 75 room, three-story, interior corridor hotel that opened in 1998. It includes an indoor swimming pool, fitness center and a business center. The location is in a thriving eastern suburb of the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area and has good visibility and access off Interstate 470. The property is surrounded by 3 lakes and is close to major attractions including Arrowhead Stadium, Kauffman Stadium, and the Independence Event Center.
