of the Ramada Stevens Point  Located in Stevens Point, Wisconsin

October 14, 2009 - Kansas City, Missouri - Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. ("WHI") announced today it has been selected to advise in the disposition of the Ramada Stevens Point property located in Stevens Point, Wisconsin which is centrally located in the heart of Wisconsin tourism.  Stevens Point offers year-round recreational activities including parks, nature preserves and miles of hiking trails. 

The Ramada Stevens Point is a 294-room, interior-corridor, full-service hotel located in the highly developed commercial area near Interstate Highway 39 within the North Point Drive corridor.  The property has excellent visibility and is prominently located directly across from the corporate headquarters of Sentry Insurance and the Sentry World Golf Course.

The Ramada Stevens Point underwent renovations in 2007 to include upgraded Executive Level Rooms and Guest Suites.  The Property contains over 30,000 square feet of flexible meeting space in 15 meeting rooms including a convention and expo center and a 20,000 square foot domed recreational area which includes an indoor swimming pool, lounge area and fitness center.  Additionally, the property contains the nationally franchised 199 seat Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery which serves both the hotel guests and local clientele.
