All properties represent excellent acquisition opportunities for a local or regional owner looking to acquire an asset(s) below replacement costs and can be purchased separately or as a portfolio. The properties were built between 1992 - 2000 and consist of between 57-63 rooms each. All the properties are interior corridor, while three of the four buildings are 3-story with the exception being the AmericInn in Salina.
