Value Place Extended Stay Hotel - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

August 19, 2010 - Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. ("WHI") has been retained as the Exclusive Agent to advise in the sale of the Value Place Extended Stay Hotel located in Murfreesboro; part of the greater Nashville, Tennessee MSA. The Property is located at 157 John R. Rice Boulevard, within one block of the Interstate 24 and Franklin Road Interchange.  The location has excellent visibility and is proximate to major demand generators such as Middle Tennessee State University, with an enrollment in excess of 23,000; State Farm; General Mills/Pillsbury Company; Johnson Controls; Alvin C.
