January 17th, 2012-Warmbrodt Hotel Investments ("WHI") has been retained as the Exclusive Agent to advise in the sale of the Red Roof Inn - Memphis East, Tennessee.  
 
The Property is located at 6055 Shelby Oaks Drive, Memphis, TN 38134. The property is located on the north side of Interstate 40 and Sycamore View Road. The location is considered good within the Memphis market and is within 10 miles of the Memphis International Airport. Memphis International Airport, the world's busiest cargo airport, which serves as the primary hub for FedEx shipping.
